Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern the use of the company website, product pages, inquiry and consultation channels, demo requests, and brand operation or AI-enabled solution services provided by reopt Inc. (the "Company"). Users may access and use the services only within the scope permitted by these Terms.
Provision of Services
The Company provides information, features, materials, and related consulting for brand operations, customer experience improvement, content and page production, and quality assurance. The Company may change the scope or method of service delivery for quality, security, or operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Accounts and Access Rights
Certain features may require a separate request, approval, contract, or account. Users are responsible for safely managing access rights granted to them and must not transfer, lend, or share those rights with unauthorized third parties.
User Responsibilities
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Company's usage guidelines. Users must not infringe third-party rights, submit false information, interfere with stable service operations, attempt abnormal access, scraping, or automation, or violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
Content and Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, copy, designs, software, data, documents, and other materials included in the website or services belong to the Company or their respective rights holders. Materials submitted by users generally remain owned by those users, and the Company may use them as necessary to provide the services, respond to requests, and improve quality.

The services may include tools, infrastructure, or links provided by third parties. The terms and privacy practices of those third-party services are governed by their own policies, and the Company does not guarantee content or operations that it does not directly control.
Service Changes and Suspension
