Purpose and Scope

These Terms govern the use of the company website, product pages, inquiry and consultation channels, demo requests, and brand operation or AI-enabled solution services provided by reopt Inc. (the "Company"). Users may access and use the services only within the scope permitted by these Terms.

Provision of Services

The Company provides information, features, materials, and related consulting for brand operations, customer experience improvement, content and page production, and quality assurance. The Company may change the scope or method of service delivery for quality, security, or operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Accounts and Access Rights

Certain features may require a separate request, approval, contract, or account. Users are responsible for safely managing access rights granted to them and must not transfer, lend, or share those rights with unauthorized third parties.

User Responsibilities

Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Company's usage guidelines. Users must not infringe third-party rights, submit false information, interfere with stable service operations, attempt abnormal access, scraping, or automation, or violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.

Content and Intellectual Property

Materials submitted by users generally remain owned by those users, and the Company may use them as necessary to provide the services, respond to requests, and improve quality.

The Company may process the minimum information necessary for inquiries, product consultations, demo requests, partnership, hiring, or investment conversations, and service operations, including name, organization, title, email address, contact details, inquiry content, and access logs.

Personal information is used to review and respond to inquiries, proceed with consultations and contracts, provide and operate services, manage security, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations. The Company does not use personal information for purposes incompatible with the original collection purpose.

Retention and Deletion
